Andalucia is quite popular for fishing and that too specifically for salt water fishing. But the best part of this license is that that it can be used in other parts of Spain also. One of the major attractions for those who specifically come to Andalucia for fishing is Swordfish fishing.
Tunny fishing is also quite famous in the open seas of Andalucia. The special part of tunny fishing is that that it comes very close to the surface during summers that it becomes visible. Popular tunny fishing grounds are located at Cadiz, Barbate, Conil and Huelva.
Whale and Dolphin Watching
The coast of Andalucia is also very famous for other reasons apart from boating, surfing, fishing, canoeing etc. The coast out there is the home to a huge population of dolphins and whales. Many companies offer various points for watching these beautiful mammals. Malaga, Costa del Sol, Costa de la Luz, Cadiz and some in ports in Huelva are exceptionally famous for whale and dolphin watching. In Andalucia, boating trips are also arranged for the tourists. This is what makes Andalucia the perfect place for water related activities.
